Human Growth Hormone Injections and How to inject HGH
Human Growth Hormone (HGH, Somatropin) is considered a wonder substance by many people due to its favorable properties. It may look complicated for administration, but when a mixture of HGH and sterile water is prepared in the right way, it can only bring benefits. This article is describing how to prepare and inject HGH solution.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is considered as a wonder drug by many. It is gaining popularity over the last few years and it seems to be increasing from day to day. Its favorable properties and the fact it is virtually untraceable drug are probably the main two reasons. This article will focus on how to prepare HGH injections and how to inject properly, which is necessary for successful administration
HGH is the hormone in charge of control to many functions, as well as benefits associated with youth, such as vitality, smooth skin, energy and resilience. HGH is naturally produced in the pituitary gland of the brain. It is also gaining popularity among athletes and bodybuilders due to numerous benefits associated with its use: decreased fat, increased muscle mass, high energy and even increased sex drive. It stimulates growth in most body tissues by increasing the number of cells rather than their size including skeletal muscle tissue, and with the exception of eyes and brain all other body organs. Growth hormone also stimulates triglyceride hydrolysis in adipose tissue, usually producing notable fat loss during treatment. HGH increases glucose output in the liver, and induces insulin resistance by blocking the activity of this hormone in target cells. This effect is seen where fats become a more primary source of fuel, further enhancing body fat loss. Human Growth Hormone is also a “piss-test” safe drug, since there is currently no reliable method for detecting the drug during a standard urinalysis.
HGH can be found under several commercial names as HGH, Saizen, Somatohorm, Nutropin, Genotropin, Humatrope, HGH Somatripin, Somatropin EuroHormones, Sytropin, Jintropin and many more.
HGH Injecting Technique
Self-injecting HGH may seem complicated, especially when doing it for the first time. The second and each time after that will be much easier. Luckily HGH is being injected under the skin (subcutaneously), which makes the whole process less complicated, because needle doesn’t penetrate as much as with other injection types, i.e. when injecting directly into a vein or muscle (intravenous or intra muscular injections).
What Do You Need
Needle and SyringeTo inject HGH to types of needles are needed; the short and the longer one to prepare the HGH-Sodium Chloride mixture and the shorter one to inject. Generally, a 25- to 27-gauge, 5/8-inch-long needle is an appropriate one. It is very important you use new needles only, taken directly from the plastic cap before using.
Syringe Barrel is a plastic tube that holds the liquid to be injected. Just like a ruler, it has lines to tell you how much liquid is inside. The tip of the barrel should have a plastic protector to maintain sterility. To inject HGH we only need one syringe, which will be used twice: to add sterile water to HGH vial and to give yourself an injection afterwards.
HGH and Sterile WaterHuman Growth Hormone ampoule and Sodium Chloride Injection Water (also referred as sterile water) to dissolve HGH are the crucial ones. Different types and brands are available, however DaddyRoids.Net experts suggest a various range of new products.
Other AccessoriesAlcohol Swabs are used to clean the injection spot, as well as to clean the vial tops before starting the mixing procedure. Adhesive Bandage and gauze pad are optional to cover the injection spot at the end. These are available prepackaged at any pharmacy and most grocery stores.
You may also need Disposable Rubber Gloves if anyone else is giving the injection but yourself (i.e. a friend). It is vital he uses gloves to maintain sterility throughout the injecting process.
An appropriate placeA good, clean and peaceful place with sufficient lights and a flat work surface is highly recommended. You need to be concentrated throughout the process; therefore no one should disturb you. Now that you have organized your supplies, select a good work surface.
And before you start: make sure the work area is clean and to wash your hands.
Prepare an Injection
The best time to inject according to DaddyRoids.Net experts is right before going to bed. Typically more growth hormone is secreted at night than during the day.
Step 1 Clean the surface (i.e. table) and organize everything you need.
Step 2Wash your hands with soap and warm water. If someone else is giving you the injection, he or she should put on a pair of disposable gloves now.
Step 3 Remove the plastic flip tops from Human Growth Hormone ampoule and sterile water vials and throw them away. Clean rubber stoppers on both vials with a fresh alcohol swab and throw it away. Don’t touch the tops after being sterilized! (otherwise clean them again using a new alcohol swab)
Step 4Unwrap the syringe and a long needle (without touching a needle!) Take the plastic tip protector from the syringe, hold the syringe and twist tightly into place on the needle and then remove the plastic cap from the needle. Set it aside as you will need it later on. Pull back the plunger in the syringe until it reaches the 1 cc line on the barrel.
Step 5 Place the vial of sterile water on the clean work surface. Take the syringe with a longer needle on and push it straight down through the middle of the rubber stopper on top of the vial. Push on the syringe plunger all the way down, which will push the 1cc of previously pumped air into the vial. This will create some pressure in it. While holding the plunger down, pick up the vial and the syringe with your other hand and turn it upside down. Slide the needle tip below the level of water in the vial. Then release the plunger, which will fills the syringe with water automatically. Alternatively pull back on the plunger until it reaches the 1cc mark on the syringe barrel. If air bubbles get in the syringe, tap the barrel with your fingertips, and then gently push the plunger in to move the air bubble(s) back into the vial. When the syringe is filled with sterile water remove the vial off the needle without touching the needle tip.
Step 6 In the next step mix the sterile water with the Human Growth Hormone vial. To do this hold the needle and syringe containing sterile water and push the needle through rubber stopper on HGH vial and inject the Sterile Water into it. The needle tip should rest against the wall of the vial. Push the syringe plunger gently and slowly to allow the water to flow down the side of the vial.
Step 7 Remove the needle from HGH vial and put the syringe aside. Shake the HGH vial mixed with Sterile water gently in slow round motion. Pull back the plunger to get some air into the syringe and insert it back into a HGH vial. Push the plunger to create pressure in the vial, which will help you pump the solution out. When a vial is empty, turn arround the syringe that needle is at the top.
Step 8 Take the empty plastic cap from larger needle and remove it. Place a smaller needle needed to inject and make sure there are no air bubbles in the syringe. And you are ready to inject.
How to Inject
Choose the injection site for subcutaneous injection. Probably the most convenient, easiest and comfortable site is the anterior abdomen (belly). It is important to avoid the area directly around the belly button (umbilicus). When the spot is selected, clean it with a new, fresh alcohol sponge and allow the area to air dry.
Use your non-dominant hand (left hand for right handed people) pinch a fold of skin and hold it up. Use your dominant hand to pick up the syringe and dart it in to the skin fold quickly. Insert the entire needle perpendicular to the skin and keep it there. If you can pinch a 1-inch (2.5-cm) tissue fold, insert the needle at a 45-degree angle; for a 2-inch (5-cm) fold, insert it at a 90-degree angle. Make sure fluid is injected slowly, followed by quick needle removal. Additionally use a clean alcohol sponge to hold pressure on the injection site for a moment or two.
When injecting Human Growth Hormone subcutaneously it is important not to aspirate after inserting the needle to prevent tissue damage, hematoma formation, and bruising. After the taking HGH don’t massage the site as it may cause damages to the underlying tissue and increase the medication absorption rate to an undesired (fast) rate.
Human Growth Hormone (i.e. Somatropin) can bring a lot of benefits, however when it is prepared and administered in the right way. The injection preparation may seem complicated, but will become a routine after repeating it several times. It is worth to be persistent, as it brings excellent results on the long run.
Now, the injectable steroids are meant to be delivered intramuscularly, meaning, that you’re going to have to inject relatively deep into the muscle. The “standard” needle is 22 gauge, 1.5 inch. This is used for injection into the buttocks. You can also use a smaller needle, like a 25 gauge, one inch, but it will take longer to inject and there’s a chance you may not inject into the muscle fibers, depending on how much fat is on your ass. Generally though, most guys can get away with using a one inch needle. Also, you should take into account that although it will inject a lot faster, a larger gauge like 20 or below, will cause more pain and will damage more tissue.
The second most common injection site is the thigh. With this, you should only need a one inch needle. You can also inject into the shoulder as well as other places, but I’d prefer if you stuck with these two for now.
Okay, so now the question is, “Where exactly should you inject?” Well, if you’re going to inject into the buttocks, you’ll need to pick a cheek and then imagine a horizontal line beginning at the crack of your butt and extending outwards. Next, imagine a vertical line right down the middle of the first line. So now your butt cheek should be divided into four squares. The place to inject is in the upper most corner on the outermost section, i.e. the top right square.
For the thigh, a quick way to do it is to look at your hip and knee, and then imagine a line in between the two. This and a little bit lower are the areas you can inject. Make sure this is on the outside of your thigh!
Okay, so now you’re ready. First thing? Wash your hands. Now find the spot, take a cotton swab and put some rubbing alcohol on it. Swab the area that you’ll inject. Grab the syringe and push it in at a 90° angle. (Some say to hold the needle like you’re about the throw a dart.) Once the needle is fully submerged, pull back on the plunger just slightly and look to see if any blood enters. If it does, pull out and find a new place, as you’ve entered a vein and you don’t want to inject into a vein.
If no blood appears, begin to push the plunger. Remember, the slower you push, the less pain you’ll feel. Once the liquid is gone, pull the syringe directly out and apply a cotton swab to the site. Hold tightly for about 30 seconds and then either tape it on or put a bandage on it. Pull your pants back up; you’re done!
There’s also an old trick that involves pulling the skin slightly over to one side before you stick in the needle. After you inject, let the skin go back to it’s normal place. This is said to close the little path made by the needle to keep all your gear in your ass where it’s supposed to be. This isn’t that much of a worry in all honesty, but it’s an option.
Discard the syringe in a safe place and use a new one for the next injection. Never use the same needle twice (it’ll be dull, plus you’ll risk infection by reusing it) and, of course, never share a needle with anyone, especially if your training partner just happens to be a Haitian hemophiliac homosexual intravenous drug user.
When people are considering doing their first cycle, proper injection technique is usually the last thing they consider. Usually, people have a goal, and then research various drugs and cycles which they think will help them achieve that goal. Usually it´s not until someone has a bunch of vials sitting in front of them, and a bag of needles and syringes, that they start thinking about how they´re actually going to get the oil out of the bottle and into their body!
Hopefully this article will make that first injection- and all of your subsequent ones- a bit less confusing and a lot less painful.
First, you´ll need to draw the steroid out of the vial, with a syringe. The most common size for injecting anabolic steroids is a 22-23ga. X 1-1.5″ needle. This size will work for all water based and oil based injectable steroids. The first thing you need to do is make sure you are using a clean, unused needle. Next, make sure the top of the vial is clean, and swab it with an alcohol pad.
To draw the liquid out of the vial, you´ll first want to pull some air into the syringe, usually as much as it will hold. Next, you want to hold the vial upside down and inject the air into the vial. This will increase pressure inside the vial and allow the liquid to be drawn into the syringe more easily. Once you´ve one this, and while you´re still holding the vial upside down (you need to make sure the tip of the needle is below the level of the liquid), begin to slowly pull back on the plunger and draw the desired amount of liquid into the syringe.
Next you have the option of replacing the needle that breached the rubber stopper of the vial with a fresh needle. This is because even one pass through the rubber of a vial will blunt the tip of a needle- even if this is not visible to the naked eye, it´s still got the potential to cause additional discomfort when you inject.
After you have replaced the needle, if you´ve chosen to do so, you´ll need to swab the area you are about to inject with a new, clean, alcohol pad. The most common injection site is
The Dorsogluteal site (ass):
Another common site for injection is the Ventrogluteal part of the Gluteus (slightly higher and to the outside of the Dorsogluteal site).
Of course, other sites such as the deltoid (shoulder), Triceps and Biceps (arms), as well as even Pectorals (chest- a bit too “Pulp Fiction” for me, personally) and Calves are used as injection sites. But regardless of the site, the same procedure and sanitary protocol must be followed.
Anyway, after the site has been wiped with an alcohol pad, you´ll want to relax the area, and if possible, stretch the skin taught with your thumb and forefinger. This will make , the skin tight and provide an easier injection. Once you have the skin stretched, while holding the needle like a dart, insert it with one swift motion, all the way to the end of the needle. Do this at a 90 degree angle relative to the muscle you are injecting.
Next, pull back on the plunger, and check that no blood enters the syringe. As long as no blood has entered (signifying that you´ve his a blood vessel, and that this is not a good injection to continue), push down on the plunger slowly with a slow, steady pressure. Once the syringe is empty, pull out the needle with one swift motion, and put pressure on the area with a sterile alcohol pad. Next, simply apply a bandage, recap the needle, and dispose of everything in a safe manner.
For doing a subcutaneous shot, with an insulin needle (this is typically how Growth Hormone is administered), you´ll follow all of those steps, but instead of stretching your skin taught, you´ll be pulling the skin away from your body and inserting the needle at a 45 degree angle into the “pocket” of space between your skin and muscle.
Again, dispose of your needles safely, and remember to follow this same procedure for every injection, to avoid the possibility of infections and abscesses.
